1. Pro or Max: open Customize → Connectors, press +, then Add custom connector.
2. Team or Enterprise: an owner adds it once under Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web; each member then connects it for themselves.
3. Paste https://mcp.prospen.ai/mcp as the server URL and add it.
4. Press Connect, sign in to Prospen, and choose the brand and what Claude may do.
